- A total of 100 people will be invited to 7 performances for free by lottery.
- There are five art galleries and museums and free admission to the facilities.

Free access to exhibitions
Those under 18 years of age can enjoy free admission to exhibitions and facilities at five metropolitan cultural facilities: Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum, Tokyo Photographic Art Museum, and Museum of Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo.

Digital stamp rally
Stamp rally using Toei Transportation App will be held at the same time. Those who collect stamps by scanning the two-dimensional codes installed at the target Tokyo Metropolitan Museums and Toei Subway Stations will be given original goods limited to this campaign designed with the Toei Bus mascot character "Minkuru" and the Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line) mascot character "Toaran" according to the number of stamps they have collected.

- Kiyosumi-shirakawa Station on the Toei Oedo Line (on the wall of the passageway for the A1 and A2 entrances (outside the ticket gates))
How to participate
1. Download the Toei Transportation App.
2. Start the application and select "Stamp" from the tab.
3. Read the two-dimensional code installed in the stamp rally spot above to obtain a stamp.
4. When the number of eligible stamps is reached, the button to apply for each prize becomes active.
5. Fill in the application form that appears and apply.
* Note that stamp data cannot be inherited when changing smartphone models, uninstalling applications, etc.

* Customers are responsible for transportation and smartphone communication charges.
* Those eligible for "Welcome Youth 2026" and under 18 years old can enter the exhibition and Tokyo Metropolitan Museums for free, but others must pay an admission fee. (Excluding some exhibitions where admission is free for all.)
Prize * The image is for illustration only.
Depending on the number of stamps collected, a total of 50 people will be selected by lottery and will be given "Welcome Youth 2026" original design goods with illustrations of Toei Transportation's popular characters "Minkuru" and "Toaran." The participation prize will be given to all the people who got more than 2 stamps at the exchange place. * As the number is limited, distribution will end as soon as we run out.

*Applicants must be 18 years of age or younger (born after April 2, 2007; preschool children are not permitted to enter).
* Applications can be made for up to one accompanying person. The accompanying person does not need to be under 18 years of age.
