"TOKYO CULTURE DEBUT" is a platform to deliver cultural experiences to as many children as possible.
We coordinate program development, public relations, and human resource development in an integrated manner so that children can create works, perform on stage, and experience quality experiences in various genres such as art, music, theater, and traditional performing arts.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture will promote this initiative with the cooperation of organizations and companies.

With a hub function that connects diverse entities, society as a whole supports the birth of children's sensitivity!

Creating
Together with many companies and organizations that support Tokyo's culture, we create a deep experience for children!
With the cooperation of companies and organizations, we plan to plan and implement hands-on programs that children in all environments can participate in with curiosity.

Nurture
Nurture people who support children's cultural experiences and create opportunities for their activities!
We will develop coordinators with the skills and mindset to connect art with cultural facilities and local communities, and provide them with various opportunities to play active roles.
■ 2025 "Kototetote" Training Program for Children's Art and Culture Experience Coordinator
Through lectures and work by experts, discussions among participants, and network building, this course provides a place for students to solve problems so that they can realize art and culture experiences for children with their own backgrounds.

Collect and analyze needs and data, and share valuable knowledge!
The results and effectiveness of various initiatives for children will be verified and shared widely at symposiums and other events.
