Enterprise information registration system

The "Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture - Corporate Information Registration System" is a system for registering information related to eligibility for participation in competitive bidding for "purchase of goods" and "construction contracts" conducted by the Foundation's facilities, etc. (Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum, Tokyo Metropolitan Edo-Tokyo Museum, Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum, Tokyo Photographic Art Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, Tokyo Arts and Space, Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre, and Arts Council Tokyo).
In principle, the Foundation does not publicly announce or solicit bids (general solicitation). The registered information will be used as material for the nomination process. Please read the User's Guide carefully before registering.

1.Registration Method

1. (1)Please register from the following URL. After entering the company and industry information, a registration completion email will be sent to the registered email address. We will review your information and approve it. Please note that it may take some time for approval. * You do not need to submit any documents for registration. Approval will be notified by email. There is nothing to give such as an "acceptance slip."

     • Engineer's License, etc.

2. (2)After registration, you can log in from the following URL and update the information after registration.

3. (3)Please note that if you do not operate the registration screen for 60 minutes, you will be automatically logged out and moved to the top page. If more than 60 minutes have passed, please log in again. Please refer to the User's Guide and prepare the input information beforehand.
4. (4)Please update your company information or industry information as necessary when it is changed or added, or when sales are updated for the fiscal year.

2. cancellation of registration

Your registration will be cancelled if any of the following events occur.

1. (1)When the registrant requests rescission of registration
2. (2)When a juridical person has merged or dissolved
3. (3)When a registered business type is abolished (in some cases, only that business type is cancelled)
4. (4)When impropriety, etc. is found
5. (5)When it is found that the person is a member of an organized crime group, etc.
6. (6)In the event that cancellation is deemed necessary by the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture.
