Where to buy an e-ticket (available online)
Grutto Pass 2024 “e-ticket” can be purchased online through your PC or smartphone.
After your purchase, the e-ticket (QR code) will be sent to you via email.
KKday
Customers purchasing through KKday will not be able to check their visit history on their smartphone or computer.
Webket
If you would like to be able to check your visit history on your smartphone or computer, please make your purchase through Webket.
*Please note, however, that both the webpage for making your purchase through Webket and the visit history function are only available in Japanese.
Log in to your “my page” (after purchasing)
Grutto Pass 2024 e-ticket holders can check visitation history from their “my page” with a smartphone or PC.
