- The "Tokyo Museum Grutto Pass 2024" is a great-value QR code ticket that includes admission to and discounts for 103 art museums and other facilities, mainly in Tokyo.
- Q2 When is the sales period for "Grutto Pass 2024"?
- The sales period is from Monday, April 1, 2024, to Friday, January 31, 2025.
- Q3 Where can I buy "Grutto Pass 2024"?
- You can choose between an e-ticket or a card for "Grutto Pass 2024." E-tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day. Grutto Pass cards are sold at the counters of 103 participating facilities (*1). For details, please see "Where to buy" on the official website.
*1 Grutto Pass cards are not sold at the Japan Olympic Museum.

- "Grutto Pass 2024" is valid for two months from the date you start using it. The expiration date is Monday, March 31, 2025. (Even if you start using it after February 1, 2025, the expiration date is Monday, March 31, 2025.)

- Q6 Can I enter any facility that is eligible for "Grutto Pass 2024"?
- For each facility, there are two types of exhibits: those that can be “entered” with “Grutto Pass 2024” and those where you can use discount tickets. For discount ticketed exhibitions, you will be asked to pay the difference for admission. Please refer to the “Information on ‘Grutto Pass 2024’ Participating Facilities and Exhibitions” on the official website to confirm which exhibitions you can enter and which exhibitions you can enter at a discount and the amount of the discount.
- Q7 How much can I save by using "Grutto Pass 2024"?
- "Grutto Pass 2024" includes an admission ticket worth about 50,000 yen and a discount coupon worth about 5,000 yen, and costs 2,500 yen. However, how much you save will vary depending on the time and facility you visit.
- Q8 Can I use "Grutto Pass 2024" multiple times at the same facility?
- "Grutto Pass 2024" can be used only once at the designated exhibitions of each facility. Once you have used the facility, you will be considered as having "already entered" and cannot use it again at the same facility.
- Q9 Can I share one “Grutto Pass 2024” with several people?
- "Grutto Pass 2024" is for one person. The QR code of the electronic ticket printed out from a computer and the Grutto Pass card can only be used by the person named on it. In the case of a smartphone, it can only be used by the owner.

- If you have an electronic ticket, you can re-obtain the QR code from your personal page at the place of purchase.
- Q16 I lost my Grutto Pass card. Can I have it reissued?
- If you lose your Gurutto Pass card or if it is damaged to the point where the QR code or ticket ID cannot be read, you will no longer be able to use it. We will not reissue the card. Please take good care of the Grutto Pass card you purchased.
- Q17 Will “Grutto Pass 2025” be available?
