*For PC purchases, the QR code can also be printed out for use.
Features of the “Grutto Pass Card”
- Now available as a card. It’s compact and fits in your wallet. The card can be used as before, for those who do not use a smartphone.
- Available to purchase at participating facilities and sales counters as before.
- Please be sure to sign your name before use. After registration, the code can be used at each facility.
- Users can keep track of their visitation history by using the “Grutto Pass Brochure” provided upon purchase.

* After your purchase, the e-ticket (QR code) will be sent to you via email.The Grutto Pass 2025 “e-ticket” can be purchased online with a smartphone or PC.

Use !
Present the QR code at the sales counter or the exhibition entrance at each facility.
When using a smartphone (QR code)
For smartphones, the expiration date will be set at the time of first use.
When using a printed out ticket from a PC
For printed tickets, please have the validity period stamped at the facility upon first use. In addition, please be sure to sign your name before use.
*The Grutto Pass is valid for two months from the date of first use.
(Please note that the final expiration date is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.) -
Visit !
Present the QR code (either on your smartphone screen or a printed out ticket) at the ticket counter or the exhibition entrance at each facility. A staff member will scan your QR code.
When entering a facility
Present the QR code and enter the facility.
When using discounts
Present the QR code at the sales counter and pay the difference before entering the exhibition.
A valid ticket can be used once for each designated exhibition at each facility during the two months validity period.

The Grutto Pass 2025 “Grutto Pass Card” can be purchased at participating facilities for immediate use.*1
If you purchase a voucher for the Grutto Pass 2025, you can exchange it for a Grutto Pass Card at a participating facility. -
Use !
Please sign your name on the front side of the Grutto Pass Card before use.
At the time of use, the facility staff member will stamp the validity period on the back side of the card.*The Grutto Pass is valid for two months from the date of first use.
